From business idea to business model

The aim of this workshop is to help early-stage entrepreneurs transform their business ideas into comprehensive and effective business models. Using contemporary approaches and tools—e.g. Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking, Lean Startup—participants will decompose and assess the value of their idea, identify its basic assumptions and find ways to test if these assumptions work in real-life.
