Mapping the Cyprus Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

Do you have a stake in in the Cyprus entrepreneurial ecosystem?

Are you a founder of an innovative enterprise, an investor, a tech journalist, a startup consultant? Do you work for a Cyprus based startup? Are you a researcher, a professional or a decision-maker engaged in the ecosystem?

Do you want to contribute to speed up the process of promoting and supporting startups in Cyprus?

We are doing something exciting, and we think you can help us!

At the Center of Entrepreneurship (C4E) of the University of Cyprus, we constantly strive to promote and improve the synergies with the different stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cyprus. Our goal is to speed up the process of entrepreneurship by providing local startups with the resources and opportunities to achieve growth.

Our latest project which is supported by PwC Cyprus, regards the study and mapping of the basic characteristics of the Cypriot startup ecosystem and the documentation of the socio-economic characteristic of startups (sectors of employment, human resources, expansion opportunities) that have been created in the last decade in Cyprus. The project’s goal is to create a formal and comprehensive database/registry of startups that can stand as a tool for monitoring the course of the ecosystem based on specific indicators to support innovative enterprises with benefits and incentives and provide investors with valuable KPI metrics.
