In this talk, Yiannis Hadjiconstantouras shares the journey of how a simple burger pop-up in the mountains during 2020 turned into one of Cyprus’s fastest-growing food businesses — Doorstep Multibrand Kitchens. From building the first kitchen during lockdown to expanding across multiple cities and planning international growth, Yiannis will discuss the key lessons, challenges, and decisions that shaped this journey. The presentation will offer real insights into entrepreneurship, team building, and scaling a business in a small market.

The Speaker is a passionate entrepreneur driven by a singular vision: to nurture businesses that prioritize their employees' well-being.

His academic journey includes studies in Business and Marketing at the University of Cyprus and further specialization in Entrepreneurship at the University of Nottingham.

As a father of three daughters, Yiannis conscientiously strives to balance his roles as a husband, father and entrepreneur. His commitment to family and business reflects his core values and determination to make a positive impact on the world.
